Board of Directors

The officers of the board of directors are elected by the Chapter membership to serve one-year terms in office. Terms run from June to June. Per the Chapter by-laws, an elected board officer cannot server more than two consecutive terms in that office.

The Chapter by-laws also provide that past Chapter presidents be permanent members of the board of directors as long as they remain in the Chapter area and pay annual membership dues.
